HXGN-12 AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear

Product Introduction:

HXGN-12 AC metal-enclosed switchgear (referred to as a ring main unit) is complete AC high-voltage equipment with a rated voltage of 12 kV and rated frequency of 50 Hz. It is mainly used in three-phase AC ring networks, terminal distribution networks, and industrial power equipment for receiving, distributing, and protecting electric power. It is also suitable for installation in package substations.

Product Features:

Adopts a fully assembled structure that is lightweight and attractive, can be freely combined and installed, and facilitates unlimited expansion.

Can be equipped with FN12-12 pneumatic load switches and combined apparatus, or FZN25-12 vacuum load switches and combined apparatus. It is compact, maintenance-free, has a three-phase linked structure, and provides a clear isolating gap.

For load switches and combined apparatus, installation is flexible: left-side mounting, right-side mounting, upright mounting, or inverted mounting (FZN25 cannot be inverted). Manual and electric operation are available, and remote-control functions can be provided.

Equipped with complete and reliable mechanical linkage and interlocking devices, fully meeting the “five-prevention” requirements.

a. When the load switch is closed, the earthing switch cannot be closed and the front door cannot be opened;

b. When the load switch is open, the earthing switch can be closed; when the earthing switch is closed, the front door can be opened;

c. When the earthing switch is closed, the load switch cannot be closed and the front panel can be opened;

d. When the earthing switch is open, the load switch can be opened or closed, but the front panel cannot be opened;

e. For bottom cable incoming lines, when the incoming line is energized, the electromagnetic lock controls the front panel so that it cannot be opened regardless of whether the load switch is open or closed, except by emergency unlocking with a special key.

The load switch uses linked protective insulating shutters or transparent insulating covers to shield live contacts and ensure safety.
