Product Introduction:

The AC power supply system is an intelligent AC power supply system developed by our company to meet the unattended operation requirements of modern substations. The system uses ATS automatic transfer switches and intelligent monitoring and control technology to realize dual electrical and mechanical interlocking, fundamentally ensuring safe and reliable power switching. It can also be conveniently connected to the integrated substation automation system to realize the “four remote” functions. It fully meets the needs of unattended substations and provides safe and reliable power for substations.


Product Features:

Incoming feeders adopt ATS transfer switches to ensure safe power switching. The ATS is an integrated transfer switch designed with two power inputs and one power output, supporting electric operation. Its unique seesaw-type structure provides both mechanical and electrical interlocking, eliminating the possibility of parallel operation of the two power sources. Intelligent power control offers six operating modes for users. According to the operating mode set by the user and the collected electrical data, the system realizes intelligent switching of the ATS power switch and meets the requirements of unattended substations.

Data detection and acquisition: the monitoring system can detect incoming line voltage, busbar voltage/current, frequency, active power, reactive power, active energy, reactive energy, and power factor in real time, and upload the data to the host computer.

Event recording: alarms or operation events can be accurately recorded. Event records are stored in the device and are not lost after power failure, allowing analysis of the causes and consequences of events by reviewing the records.

Relay protection: functions include voltage abnormality detection, busbar fault identification, zero-sequence overcurrent protection, overload protection, and more.

Feeder status monitoring: through configurable digital input ports, the system can monitor the operating status of feeder switches or fault tripping information and can trigger local audible and visual alarms.

Remote communication and control: equipped with an RS485 communication port, the system can be directly connected to the integrated automation system and perform the four remote operations on the host computer.
